Church Covenant Agreement
The Black Church Food Security Network utilizes an asset-based approach in organizing and linking the vast resources of historically African American congregations in rural and urban communities to advancing food and land sovereignty.
As a member of the Black Church Food Security Network, your congregation helps to strengthen our collective power to establish an equitable food system anchored by Black Churches of various denominations across the country. As an organization, we are committed to being an extension of your staff as it relates to agricultural and environmental initiatives; pouring resources of all kinds in your direction so that provision props up the vision in a sustainable way.
